She is just a few weeks away from its launch. Kardashian s forthcoming venture comes a year after Khloe s dissolution of KKW Beauty, which many devotees suspect was just the first step toward the coming rebranding/reformulation.
But with SKKN Beauty, things appear to be changing. Whereas the makeup of its manufacturer, Kim Kardashian West, is often technologically forward, SKKN is more centered on high-end skin care products.
Each SKKN store stocks a range of nine ethically produced skin care products that each use innovative methods to restore skin, priced at just $80 each. Aesthetically inspired and packaged inside unusually appealing, architecturally inspired boxes, the SKKN brand’s products are all priced under $100.
Kim Kardashian launched a skincare line with Coty, set to drop on 21 June, in order to spread awareness about psoriasis, an immune-mediated skin condition that affects more than 7.5 million adults in the U.S. alone and results in dry red patches on the face and body. The solution comes from years of working with dermatologists and aestheticians (including celebrity facialist Joanna Czech), providing a top-to-bottom routine including a gentle foaming cleanser and nourishing night oil.
